Clients with real estate and construction needs demand full-service legal providers who can address their pressing current needs even as they anticipate tomorrow's problems and work toward practical, sophisticated solutions. They expect legal service providers to support and advance their business strategies in times of economic adversity as well as prosperity.

We understand real estate from all vantage points. Our clients are developers, public and private owners, operators, investors, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, lenders and real estate investment trusts (REITs), among others, locally, regionally and nationally.

Our strategy is based on the ultimate goals of our clients. We understand the market. We can separate the important from the insignificant. We are "deal doers," but not beyond our client's tolerance for risk. We understand the value of expediency.

The technical acumen of our multi-disciplinary team has developed over years of closing deals and solving problems specific to this industry:

  • Real estate transactions of all types
  • Construction and design contracts
  • Environmental contamination
  • Economic incentives
  • Tax-exempt financing
  • Land use and zoning
  • Tax
  • Dispute resolution
  • Distressed assets

Nationally ranked by Chambers USA for the past 14 years, researchers found our firm is known as a "[t]op-flight department of prominent real estate practitioners, well respected for its work on high-value transactions. Its comprehensive experience encompasses commercial leasing, portfolio acquisitions and mixed-use developments. Well versed in multistate deals, including those involving retail properties and real estate investment trusts." And clients "describe the team as 'first-rate, combining high character and integrity with strong talent.'"
