Robert Horton Discusses Supreme Court Case for The Tennessean


Robert Horton, member at Bass, Berry & Sims PLC, is interviewed regarding an upcoming Supreme Court case addressing the question of how much privacy government employees have when they send personal text messages over a devise issued to them by their employer. The case at hand involves California police officers' messages, some of which were sexually charged.
