Ryan is an associate in the Nashville office and is in the Corporate and Securities Practice Group.

Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Ryan earned his M.B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Tennessee College of Business Administration. While earning his degree, he served as a portfolio manager of the Haslam Torch Fund, managing a long equity portfolio. He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2010 with a concentration in Business Transactions. During law school, he served as an articles editor for Transactions: The Tennessee Journal of Business Law.
