Our firm also handles a variety of commercial litigation matters that arise in bankruptcy proceedings or in state or federal courts involving creditor-debtor relations, title insurance claims, real estate matters or lender liability issues. In many instances, attorneys in this practice work closely with members of our firm's Bankruptcy and Litigation Practices in connection with such matters. In addition, our firm has provided neutrals to mediate disputes in the bankruptcy-insolvency context, as well as in various commercial disputes.
