Price Wilson joined Bass, Berry & Sims in January 2007 as an associate in the firm's Corporate and Securities Practice Area.  Price's practice includes mergers and acquisitions, securities and corporate law.

Prior to joining the firm, Price practiced at a regional firm in Nashville and New Orleans. 

Price received his B.A. with a double major in history and economics from Vanderbilt University in 2001.  He graduated cum laude from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2004, where he was associate managing editor of the International Law Review Association.

Price is admitted to practice law in Tennessee as well as the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
