Bass, Berry & Sims attorneys Anna Grizzle and Julia Tamulis authored a chapter in An Introduction to Health Law Litigation Based on Contract and Government Claims published by the American Bar Association's (ABA) Section of Litigation’s Health Law Committee. Anna and Julia authored the chapter "Medicare and Medicaid Audits." Each chapter in the book serves as a standalone primer on that specific topic, and provides an overview of the relevant area of the law, along with practical advice on the issues that usually arise and a discussion of the strategies that practitioners usually employ when faced with a case in that area.
