Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Mike Hess spoke at the 2016 Asembia Specialty Pharmacy Summit (formerly Armada Specialty Pharmacy Summit). On May 5, Mike moderated a panel titled, “Practical Review of Legal Issues in Manufacturer: Specialty Pharmacy Contracting.” Mike along with three legal department veterans discussed key legal concepts applicable to the complex relationship between manufacturers and specialty pharmacies, and how to apply those concepts to real world contracting practices. The panel included:

  • Dan Tardiff, Walgreens

The 2016 Asembia Specialty Pharmacy Summit took place on May 2-6, 2016, at the Wynn & Encore in Las Vegas, Nevada.
