Primary Care Providers Win Challenge of CMS Interpretation of Enhanced Payment Law

With the help and support of the Tennessee Medical Association, 21 Tennessee physicians of underserved communities joined together and retained Bass, Berry & Sims to file suit against the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to stop improper collection efforts. ACC Publishes "Managing Foreign Subsidiaries" Guide Co-Authored by Bass, Berry Attorneys

Bass, Berry & Sims is pleased to announce that the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) in cooperation with Lex Mundi, the world's leading international association of independent law firms, has published a 44-page InfoPAK guide for in-house counsel and business leaders entitled, "Managing Foreign Subsidiaries," authored by Bass, Berry & Sims attorneys Wally Dietz and Taylor Phillips and ACC international Legal Affairs Committee Vice Chair and CSCI general counsel Brett Coffee.

The InfoPak concisely addresses a number of common legal and compliance issues that arise for companies engaged in international business or considering establishing a foreign subsidiary. The guide also includes links to a number of on-line resources and forms.
