Sehrish Siddiqui counsels national public and private companies, including healthcare companies, real estate investment trusts and business development companies as well as international retail and consumer product companies, on a variety of transactions and matters, primarily related to corporate finance, compliance and governance. She has served as counsel to underwriters, agents and issuers for more than 75 initial public offerings, follow-on offerings and at-the-market programs of various NYSE- and NASDAQ-traded entities.

Sehrish's practice includes:

  • Public equity offerings for both issuers and underwriters.
  • Compliance with the registration and disclosure requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and the 1933, 1934 and 1940 Acts.
  • Broker-dealer compliance with applicable regulations of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in connection with the distribution of securities.
  • Corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions and private placements.

Prior to joining the firm, Sehrish interned at the SEC in the Office of the Inspector General where she assisted with internal audits and investigations.
