On December 1, 2016, Parker Hannifin Corporation and CLARCOR Inc. announced that the companies have entered into a definitive agreement under which Parker will acquire CLARCOR for approximately $4.3 billion in cash, including the assumption of net debt. The transaction has been unanimously approved by the board of directors of each company. Upon closing of the transaction, expected to be completed by or during the first quarter of Parker’s fiscal year 2018, CLARCOR will be combined with Parker’s Filtration Group to form a leading and diverse global filtration business. Sehrish Siddiqui counsels national public and private companies, including healthcare companies, real estate investment trusts (REITs) and business development companies (BDCs), on a variety of transactions and matters, primarily related to corporate finance, compliance and governance. She has served as counsel to underwriters, agents and issuers for more than 45 initial public offerings, follow-on offerings and at-the-market programs of various NYSE- and NASDAQ-traded entities.

Sehrish Siddiqui counsels national public and private companies, including healthcare companies, real estate investment trusts (REITs) and business development companies (BDCs), on a variety of transactions and matters, primarily related to corporate finance, compliance and governance. She has served as counsel to underwriters, agents and issuers for more than 45 initial public offerings, follow-on offerings and at-the-market programs of various NYSE- and NASDAQ-traded entities.

Sehrish's practice includes:

  • Public equity offerings for both issuers and underwriters.
  • Compliance with the registration and disclosure requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and the 1933, 1934 and 1940 Acts.
  • Broker-dealer compliance with applicable regulations of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in connection with the distribution of securities.
  • Corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions and private placements.

Prior to joining the firm, Sehrish interned at the SEC in the Office of the Inspector General where she assisted with internal audits and investigations.
