Primary Care Providers Win Challenge of CMS Interpretation of Enhanced Payment Law

With the help and support of the Tennessee Medical Association, 21 Tennessee physicians of underserved communities joined together and retained Bass, Berry & Sims to file suit against the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to stop improper collection efforts. Our team, led by David King, was successful in halting efforts to recoup TennCare payments that were used legitimately to expand services in communities that needed them. Read more

  • Commercial Finance – Representing both borrowers and lenders in a variety of loan transactions, including real estate and asset based financing, revolving credit and term loan facilities, and project financing.
  • Real Estate – Representing local, regional and national clients involved in the acquisition, development, operation, disposition and leasing of commercial property.

In addition to advising clients throughout the loan process and closings, Molly also maintains involvement in the ongoing relationship between the lender and borrower post-closing, remaining responsive to the needs of her clients as companies continue to evolve. Along with her work in commercial lending, Molly also collaborates with the Corporate & Securities Practice Group on large corporate transactions that involve complex financing issues.
