Andy Rittenhouse's practice is primarily comprised of intellectual property and traditional business litigation as well as assisting clients in the protection of their intellectual property. His practice includes:
- Intellectual Property & Traditional Business Litigation – Assisting clients in all aspects of intellectual property disputes, breach of contract disputes, business torts, non-compete and other employment contract disputes, business fraud, regulatory actions, government investigations, and compliance issues.
- Intellectual Property & Technology – Assisting clients with transactions involving intellectual property assets, including acquisitions, collaboration agreements, and supply and licensing agreements.
- Patent Prosecution & USPTO Proceedings – Assisting clients in developing intellectual property strategies, including preparing and filing applications with the USPTO, coordinating counterpart filings throughout the world, and representing clients in PTAB proceedings.
Andy is a registered United States patent attorney. He earned his law degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law and received a B.A. in chemistry from Arkansas State University.
