Kerry Price is the Chief Strategy Officer for Bass, Berry & Sims. In this role, she oversees firm strategy related to marketing positioning, business development, pricing, client satisfaction, lateral recruiting, professional development, practice management and internal and external communications. Prior to assuming this position, Kerry led the marketing and business development team as the Director of Marketing & Communications and earlier worked directly with several of the firm's practice groups related to their business development strategies and practice management as a Managing Director. Each of these previous roles within the firm has provided Kerry with a unique and valuable perspective that informs her leadership in the creation of overall firm strategy.
Formerly a top-producing sales executive, Kerry's sales training and experience allows her to create high-impact business development and marketing programs that drive revenue generation. Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Kerry served as the director of marketing and recruiting for a boutique business law firm in Nashville, Tennessee.
Kerry is a member of the Legal Marketing Association having served on the board of directors of the Southeast Chapter (LMASE) and as chair of the Nashville City Group the year it was honored as City Group of the Year by the LMASE. She is a member of the American Marketing Association and has served in various leadership roles for the Nashville Chapter, including as president the year the chapter was honored as Runner-up of the national Chapter of Excellence Award. Kerry was named a Nashville Emerging Leader Finalist in 2009 and 2010 in the category of public relations and marketing. She serves on the communications committee for the Nashville Chapter of the American Red Cross and on the communications committee and in other volunteer capacities for her church. Kerry received her B.S. in communications from the University of Tennessee.
