On December 1, 2016, Parker Hannifin Corporation and CLARCOR Inc. announced that the companies have entered into a definitive agreement under which Parker will acquire CLARCOR for approximately $4.3 billion in cash, including the assumption of net debt. The transaction has been unanimously approved by the board of directors of each company. Upon closing of the transaction, expected to be completed by or during the first quarter of Parker’s fiscal year 2018, CLARCOR will be combined with Parker’s Filtration Group to form a leading and diverse global filtration business. Taylor Gray's practice is focused on all aspects of commercial real estate and commercial lending for clients across the United States. In the last five years, Taylor has represented public and private businesses and financial institutions with regards to more than $1 billion worth of commercial real estate transactions and more than $500 million worth of financing transactions.

Taylor advises developers, owner/operators, real estate investment trusts (REITs), and banks and institutional lenders on:

  • Real Estate Matters – Advising on the acquisition, financing, development, leasing, management and disposition of commercial real estate and other assets with a special emphasis on multi-family, office, retail and self-storage REITs; advises on the entitlement process, including zoning, land use, and tax incentives.
  • Financial Transactions – Advising on loan originations, modifications, note sales, workouts and foreclosures; negotiates large and small credit facilities for borrowers and lenders. 

Prior to joining the firm, Taylor practiced at Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs, LLP and a predecessor commercial real estate firm.
