Courtney Ginn works with the firm's healthcare clients and provides counsel related to various transactional, regulatory, operational and managed care matters. She works with a range of clients, including hospitals, health systems, home health providers, urgent care centers and others.
Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Courtney served as a clerk for the Honorable Thomas Ludington in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Courtney earned her law degree from Emory University School of Law. She received a B.A. in art history from Duke University.
