On December 1, 2016, Parker Hannifin Corporation and CLARCOR Inc. announced that the companies have entered into a definitive agreement under which Parker will acquire CLARCOR for approximately $4.3 billion in cash, including the assumption of net debt. The transaction has been unanimously approved by the board of directors of each company. Upon closing of the transaction, expected to be completed by or during the first quarter of Parker’s fiscal year 2018, CLARCOR will be combined with Parker’s Filtration Group to form a leading and diverse global filtration business. Annie Christoff concentrates her practice in complex business, securities, and patent litigation. Annie's diverse litigation practice involves representing clients in:

  • Traditional Business Litigation – breach of contract disputes, business torts, shareholder litigation, non-compete and other employment contract disputes, business fraud, regulatory actions, government investigations, and compliance issues.
  • Intellectual Property Litigation – disputes related to intellectual property rights, including patent infringement and copyright disputes.
  • Securities Litigation and Arbitration – litigation and arbitration arising from allegations of federal and state securities law violations, shareholder disputes, and derivative actions.
  • Commercial Disputes – claims under the Uniform Commercial Code and a variety of state and federal consumer protection statutes; representing the interests of creditors in preference, fraudulent transfer, and other avoidance actions; insurance coverage issues, commercial foreclosures, deficiency claims, and other general commercial matters.

While in law school at Georgetown University, Annie authored the following note published in The Georgetown Law Journal: "House of the Setting Sun New Orleans, Katrina, and the Role of Historic Preservation Laws in Emergency Circumstances," 95 GEO. L.J. 781 (2006).

After graduating from law school, Annie served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Jon Phipps McCalla in the Western District of Tennessee.
