Page Davidson is chair of the firm's Corporate and Securities Practice Area.  Page's practice primarily focuses on mergers and acquisitions of both public and private companies, strategic relationships, such as joint ventures and corporate partnerships, offerings representing both issuers and investment banks, and venture capital financing.  He also counsels public and private companies on a variety of other corporate and securities matters, including corporate governance, public company disclosure, defensive measures and consideration of various strategic alternatives.

Page attended Vanderbilt University where he received a B.A. with honors in economics and political science and Duke University School of Law where he received his juris doctor degree in 1985.  He is past chair of the Venture Capital Transactional Documents Task Force of the Business Section of the American Bar Association.  Page is listed in The Best Lawyers in America®, and named one of Tennessee’s leading corporate and M&A lawyers by Chambers USA.  He is also listed in Lawdragon 500 New Stars, New Worlds and Best of the Bar by the Nashville Business Journal and was named in Business Nashville’s “40 under 40” list of leaders in the Nashville community in 2000.
