Nolan’s practice focuses on creditors’ rights, loan workouts and general commercial litigation.

Business Restructuring and Bankruptcy: Nolan represents financial institutions and other secured and unsecured creditors in bankruptcy and pre-bankruptcy proceedings.

Financial Services: Nolan’s financial services practice concentrates on representation of national banks and other financial institutions in an array of commercial litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Nolan served as a law clerk to the Honorable Holly M. Kirby of the Tennessee Court of Appeals.
