Primary Care Providers Win Challenge of CMS Interpretation of Enhanced Payment Law

With the help and support of the Tennessee Medical Association, 21 Tennessee physicians of underserved communities joined together and retained Bass, Berry & Sims to file suit against the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to stop improper collection efforts. 36 Bass, Berry & Sims Attorneys Honored in Chambers USA 2014

Nashville, Tenn., (May 27, 2014) – Thirty-six Bass, Berry & Sims PLC attorneys have been listed as leaders in Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business, the most attorneys listed of any firm in the state of Tennessee. Listings are based on thousands of in-depth interviews by Chambers USA staff who researched the strengths and reputations of attorneys all across the United States.

The firm as a whole received a #1 ranking for Tennessee in six practice areas: Banking & Finance, Corporate/M&A, Environment, Healthcare, Litigation (General Commercial) and Real Estate. Bass, Berry & Sims was ranked #1 more times than any other firm in the Tennessee category.
