Shayne R. Clinton (Knoxville) Clinton focuses his practice on business and securities litigation working with clients in the financial products, broker-dealer and banking industries. Clinton received his J.D. from Georgia State University College of Law and graduated with a B.A. from Oklahoma Christian University.

Wendee M. Hilderbrand (Nashville) Hilderbrand focuses her practice on complex civil litigation and appeals, including corporate and securities, data security, and intellectual property cases. In 2011, Hilderbrand earned the prestigious Harris A. Gilbert Pro Bono Attorney of the Year Award from the Tennessee Bar Association for her pro bono representation of former death row inmate E.J. Harbison. Hilderbrand graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2004 and earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Colorado.

Michael J. Holley (Nashville) Holley focuses his practice on structuring, negotiating and documenting complex business transactions. Holley graduated from the University of Mississippi with a B.A. in classical studies. He received his J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Mississippi School of Law and received his LL.M. in taxation from New York University School of Law.

Justin R. Salon (Washington, D.C.) Salon focuses his practice on representing publicly and privately held companies in a variety of corporate and securities law matters, including corporate governance issues and compliance with the U.S. federal securities laws and the requirements of the New York Stock Exchange and NASDAQ. Salon received a J.D. from American University’s Washington College of Law and an M.B.A. from American University’s Kogod School of Business. He earned a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts – Amherst.

Price W. Wilson (Nashville) Wilson counsels clients on a variety of corporate and securities matters, including corporate governance, Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance, public company disclosure and reporting, and mergers and acquisitions. Wilson received his B.A. with a double major in history and economics from Vanderbilt University in 2001. He graduated cum laude from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2004.
