Molly concentrates her practice primarily in the areas of commercial leasing, real estate transactions, commercial lending and general commercial law. Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate with Troutman Sanders LLP in Atlanta.
Financial Transactions: Molly has experience in representing both borrowers and lenders in a variety of loan transactions, including real estate and asset based financing, revolving credit and term loan facilities, and project financing.
Real Estate: Molly has represented local, regional and national clients involved in the acquisition, development, operation, disposition and leasing of commercial property.
Representative Matters include:
- Representation of landlords and tenants in the negotiations of commercial leases for a wide variety of uses, including in areas such as restaurants, fitness facilities, surgery centers, medical office buildings, retail and corporate offices;
- Representation of healthcare providers in lease transactions and assistance with related regulatory issues;
- Representation of a national quick-service restaurant in its acquisition and ground leasing needs for development of free standing restaurants;
- Representation of lenders in connection with secured loan transactions and foreclosure.
Molly is active in the PENCIL Partnership which sponsors various activities at Antioch Middle School. She is also an active member of Commercial Real Estate Women of Nashville. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and being outdoors with her dog, Mable.
