Mike Carr joined Bass, Berry & Sims in September 2008 as an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Practice.

Mike received his J.D. magna cum laude from The University of Mississippi School of Law in 2008. While in law school, he was awarded Outstanding Student Award for Health Law, received the Mississippi Bar Business Law Section Award and served as executive editor of the Mississippi Law Journal.

A native of Clarksdale, Mississippi, Mike graduated from The University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Accountancy in 2001 and a Master of Taxation in 2002. Prior to law school, Mike worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers as an associate in the tax department.
