LaToya Williams joined Bass, Berry & Sims in March 2007 where she practices in the firm's Commercial Transactions and Real Estate Practice Area.  Prior to joining the firm, LaToya was an associate with Stites & Harbison, PLLC in Atlanta and Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs, LLP in Memphis.  Prior to entering into the legal profession, LaToya worked as a senior business consultant for a big five consulting firm in Atlanta and Dallas.

LaToya attended the University of Memphis where she was a member of the Golden Key Honor Society.  She graduated magna cum laude in 1997 from the University of Memphis with a B.B.A degree in management information systems.  In 2004, LaToya received her J.D. degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law.  While in law school, she was a member of the dean's list, the Student Bar Association and the Law Women's Association. 

LaToya is a member of the American, National, Tennessee and Memphis Bar Associations and is admitted to practice in Tennessee.
