Leslie practices primarily in the areas of commercial lending, secured transactions, real estate and general commercial law.
Financial Transactions: Leslie’s practice centers on general commercial law with an emphasis in secured transactions and commercial lending law. Since joining the firm in September 2008, Leslie has represented clients in the negotiation and documentation of commercial financing transactions, including asset-based financing, syndicated revolving credit and term loan facilities, and equipment leasing.
Real Estate: Leslie’s experience also includes the negotiation and documentation of commercial real estate transactions. She has represented lessors and lessees in a variety of commercial lease transactions, and she has served as local counsel in numerous multi-state commercial lending and real estate transactions.
Leslie spoke at a CLE panel for the Knoxville Bar Association in 2008 entitled “You Know You’re My #1: You, The Practice, and The Client” which discussed expectations for law firms and new associates.
Leslie holds a degree in English and history. Her hobbies include traveling, cooking and playing with Derby, her Yorkshire Terrier.
