Nashville, Tenn., December 1, 2008 – Bass, Berry & Sims partner Leigh Walton has been named co-chair of the Transactions Affinity Group of the American Health Lawyers Association Business Law and Governance Practice Group. The purpose of the Business Law and Governance Practice Group is to focus on the corporate side of healthcare practice.
