Lymari Cromwell focuses her practice on labor and employment issues.

Labor and Employment: Lymari represents management in all aspects of labor and employment law, including race, age, gender, national origin, and disabilities discrimination; sexual harassment; retaliation; wage and hour claims under the FLSA; workers' compensation; and the FMLA. Lymari also drafts and reviews employee handbooks and employment agreements.

Lymari is fluent in Spanish and participates in various forms of community service.
