Ms. Brothers is a Member in the firm's Corporate and Securities Practice Area.  Laura graduated from Valparaiso University in 1993 with a B.S. in accounting.  At Valparaiso, Laura was a Presidential Scholar. She received her law degree in 1996 from Vanderbilt University Law School.  Laura was appointed to serve as legal counsel for the Nashville Area Junior Chamber of Commerce from July 1999 to June 2000. Laura serves on the Valparaiso University Alumni Association Board of Directors.  She has also been elected to serve as Second Vice President for such organization from January 1, 2008 to December 31, 2008.  Laura is active in community and church activities.
