Kelly Cunningham, a Nashville native, joined the firm in September 2001.  She focuses her area of practice on business and commercial litigation. 

Ms. Cunningham graduated magna cum laude from the University of Arizona with a B.A. in sociology and earned her juris doctorate from Vanderbilt University Law School.  While at Vanderbilt, she served on the Moot Court Board and Women Law Students Association.  Ms. Cunningham is a member of the Tennessee and Nashville Bar Associations.
