Karen Neal and Cindy Sellers Author Diversity Article for Tennessee Bar Journal


An article authored by Bass, Berry & Sims Members Karen Neal and Cindy Sellers has been published in the February issue of the Tennessee Bar Journal as part of their cover section on diversity. The article is titled “The Advancement of Women in the Private Practice of Law...and Why Guys Should Care.”

Bass Berry & Sims was named as one of the 50 Best Law Firms for Women by Working Mother magazine in 2008, for, among other initiatives, a policy recognizing alternative work schedules permitting reduced hours and compensation, and the firm’s support of a successful Female Mentor Group, which hosts a popular annual “Salute to Women Executives.”
