Jordana Nelson joined Bass, Berry & Sims PLC in September 2005 as an associate in the firm's Public Finance Practice Area. Jordana previously worked in our Commercial Transactions and Real Estate Practice Area.  Prior to joining the firm, she served as a summer associate with Bass, Berry & Sims in 2004.

Jordana graduated cum laude from Western Carolina University in 2001 with a B.S. degree in business administration and law.  In 2005, she received her J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Tennessee College of Law with a concentration in business transactions.  While in law school, Jordana was student materials editor of the Tennessee Law Review , a teaching assistant to Adjunct Professor Richard Corsini and was awarded the Hodges, Doughty & Carson Scholarship and the John W. Green Scholarship.
