Henry Hipkens is Of Counsel in the Litigation and Intellectual Property and Technology Practice Areas at Bass, Berry & Sims.  He authored "The Failed Search for the Perfect Analogy: More Reflections on the Unusual Case of John Moore," Kentucky Law Journal , Vol. 80, Issue 1 (1992).  He is a member of the Kentucky, Tennessee, American and Federal Bar Associations.  Mr. Hipkens is also a member of the National Academy of the Recording Arts and Sciences (NARAS), the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP) and the Nashville Songwriter's Association International (NSAI).  Mr. Hipkens received his B.A. degree in 1979 and his J.D. degree in 1992 from the University of Kentucky where he served as articles editor of the Kentucky Law Journal in 1991-92.
