We successfully represented Securities Service Network, Inc., and its principal officer in an arbitration that was brought outside of the NASD’s (now FINRA’s) six year eligibility period. The claims in arbitration were partially enjoined by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee. On appeal, the Sixth Circuit affirmed. Claimants’ petition for writ of certiorari to the United States Supreme Court was denied, after which claimants voluntarily dismissed the lone remaining claim in arbitration. Securities Service Network, Inc., et al. v. Cromwell, 62 F.3d 1418 (6th Cir. 1995), cert. denied, 516 U.S. 1047 (1996).
