We are representing Technology and Supply Management LLC (TaSM) in a dispute against Johnson Controls. The case includes allegations that Johnson Controls, hired as a subcontractor by TaSM to provide portable energy efficient barracks for the Army in Kuwait, repeatedly missed deadlines and cut corners in construction, costing TaSM millions to remediate. Johnson Controls filed a partial motion to dismiss seeking dismissal of fraud and tortious interference claims. Following oral argument, the judge ruled in TaSM's favor from the bench, largely keeping the claims intact and dismissing only one of several components of the tortious interference claim.
