We represented Polaris Hospital Holdings, LLC and its majority private equity owner, HCP & Company, in the company’s sale to Acadia Healthcare Company, Inc. The transaction closed on May 1, 2016 for an undisclosed value.

Polaris operates TrustPoint Hospital, a hospital located in Murfreesboro, Tennessee that provides rehabilitation services and inpatient/outpatient behavioral health services. Acadia Healthcare Company, Inc. (NASDAQ: ACHC) is a provider of inpatient behavioral healthcare services. As of April 2016, Acadia operates a network of 587 behavioral healthcare facilities with approximately 17,400 beds in 39 states, the United Kingdom and Puerto Rico.
