The firm advised Engility Holdings in its tender offer and acquisition of Dynamics Research Corporation (NASDAQ: DRC), a publicly traded government services contractor. The acquisition was valued at $120 million. As part of this transaction, we advised Engility in connection with a $150 million amendment to its credit facility.
