We represented DSI Renal’s management team in the company’s merger with U.S. Renal Care, Inc. The transaction closed the first quarter of 2016. DSI’s Nashville, Tennessee office will be a business office and corporate support center for U.S. Renal Care, which will remain based in Plano, Texas.
DSI Renal, backed by Frazier Healthcare and New Enterprise Associates, is a Nashville-based dialysis provider. U.S. Renal Care, Inc., a portfolio company of Leonard Green & Partners, serves chronic kidney failure disease patients, or end-stage renal disease.
