We represented Kemmons Wilson Companies, LLC in the formation of a $20 million joint venture with a current land owner/master developer and other investors as well as the negotiation and closing of a $24 million construction loan for the development of the 119-room Hilton Curio Hotel, part of a mixed-use development in the historic, downtown core of Franklin, Tennessee.
