The firm developed a successful multiple employer welfare arrangement (MEWA) for Health Choice, LLC. This MEWA structure allows multiple, unrelated medical providers (who are members of the Health Choice network) to join to purchase health insurance for their employees as if they were a single employer. In this case, more than 2,500 medical providers across three states gained eligibility for this insurance product.
