We represented Little Hills Healthcare, LLC, a behavioral health system, in its sale to CenterPointe Behavioral Health System (CBHS) for an undisclosed amount. The transaction involved the restructuring of the entity and a significant investment by Health Enterprise Partners and NaviMed Capital with participation by Siguler Guff & Company, LP. This new investment will allow CenterPointe to continue its geographic and product growth, under the leadership of Buddy Turner as Executive Chairman and CEO and Dr Azfar Malik as President and Chief Medical Officer.
CBHS currently owns and operates high-quality freestanding psychiatric hospitals, outpatient behavioral programs, and other psychiatric specialty programs in multiple states including Missouri, Illinois, and Minnesota.
