We represented the lender group in a $34 million syndicated construction loan to Gill Poplar GP for the development of an approximately 151,000 square foot, five-story office/retail building and adjoining parking garage on three acres in Germantown, Tennessee, a suburb of Memphis. This development is significant because it represents the first new office construction in Germantown in several years and is the first development under the Western Gateway plan, an initiative to spur economic growth on the suburb’s western entrance.
