Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Tim Garrett will speak at an Informational Session on Overtime Compliance Law and present on the topic “The New Overtime Regulations: Now What?” Tim will provide a detailed analysis of the new overtime rules set to take effect December 1, 2016, and provide practical guidance on the next steps in ensuring compliance.
The session will be held at the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce building on Wednesday, August 3 from 8:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. and is hosted by the United Way of Rutherford and Cannon Counties.
