Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Todd Overman will present “The Impact of New Contracting Rules for WOSBs” at the 5th Annual Small Business Forum “Woman Owned Small Businesses, Breaking Through the Barriers.” The session will address the unique issues related to WOSB size and status protests, as well as how to defend (or challenge) an award at the GAO. The session will also provide tips on best practices companies can take to form joint ventures that meet the WOSB requirements.
