Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Michael Sontag will speak on October 29 at the Paul J. Hartman State and Local Tax Forum hosted by Vanderbilt University Law School. Michael’s topic is “The Myth of 100% Apportionment: Variance Cases / Conflicting State Tax Appointment Rules / Throwout / Throwback.” This session will focus on the use of the variance authority, throwout and throwback rules.
