Bass, Berry & Sims attorneys Bob Cooper, Brian Roark and Elizabeth Warren will speak at the annual Health Law Forum, hosted by the Tennessee Bar Association (TBA). Bob will serve as the keynote speaker, Brian will speak on the topic of “Defense Counsel Perspectives on Healthcare Fraud” and Elizabeth’s session is titled “HIPAA & HITECH Update.” Attorney Amy Sanders also served as a panelist at the annual Health Law Primer which is held in conjunction with the annual Health Law Forum.
The event will be held October 8-9 at the Embassy Suites in Franklin, Tennessee.
