Bass, Berry & Sims is hosting a two-day CLE program focused on providing practical tips and takeaways on trade and distribution matters within the pharmaceutical industry. Panel topics will include:

- Pharma contracting
- Special issues facing wholesalers and hubs
- Attorney-client privilege

This program will be held from noon – 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 29 and 8:00 a.m. – noon on Friday, October 30, at the offices of Bass, Berry & Sims in Nashville, Tennessee.
Tennessee general and ethics CLE credit application pending approval. Certificates of completion will be provided for out of state attendees.
The intended audience for the program is in-house counsel from specialty pharmacies.
