Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Michael Hess will present at the World Congress Summit on Specialty Market Access and Channel Optimization. During his presentation called, “Understand the Contractual, Operational, and Regulatory Nuances of Specialty Pharmacy Contracting,” he will discuss a frame up of cases that give the manufacturer and specialty pharmacy perspectives addressing key legal, regulatory, and business challenges when initiating or re-contracting a distribution network.
Michael will also speak on a panel called, “Improve Manufacturer and Specialty Pharmacy Contractual Relationships for Rare Disease and Specialty Drugs.”
The conference will be held July 28 – 29 at the Hyatt at the Bellevue in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
