Bass, Berry & Sims and KPMG are co-hosting KPMG’s Fall 2013 Audit Committee Roundtable Series on the topic “Striking the Right Deal: Oversight of M&A and International Ventures.” Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Page Davidson will speak at the event.
The program will explore the critical role of the audit committee and the board in helping the company assess opportunities and risks posed by M&A and other transactions in a global environment. The roundtable is intended for audit committee members, board members and directors, as well as business executives who interact with them.
The morning program will be held from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the Nashville office of Bass, Berry & Sims.
