Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Lisa Rivera will present at American Health Lawyers Association’s (AHLA) annual Fraud and Compliance Forum, which will address emerging regulatory trends, recent case law and legislative developments, and how they will affect legal and compliance practices in healthcare.
Lisa will speak on the topic of “Truth Telling: Cover-Up or Catch 22? Audits, Monitoring, Internal Investigations and Perceptions, with Reverse False Claims Act Implications.”
