Bass, Berry & Sims attorney Steele Clayton will speak at a webinar titled Price Discrimination, the third program in the Pricing Fundamentals Series produced by the ABA's Section of Antitrust Law - Pricing Conduct Committee and Corporate Counseling Committee. The program will cover the fundamentals of pricing issues in antitrust cases, including: (1) pricing tied to other offerings; (2) pricing restrained by the supplier, including resale price fixing and minimum advertised price; (3) variations on pricing and price discrimination, including most favored nations clauses; and (4) price measured against costs (predatory and excessive). In addition to Steele, featured speakers also include Steve Cipolla of Cipolla Associates, LLC, formerly antitrust counsel in the Office of General Counsel of Merck & Co., Inc.; and Deena Schneider, one of the Vice-Chairs of the Pricing Conduct Committee.
