Ethical Considerations in a Healthcare Investigation - Protecting the Company's Interest

Bass, Berry & Sims is pleased to host this Nashville Council of Health Care Attorneys seminar on internal and external investigations in healthcare companies on Tuesday, September 27, 2011 from 7:30 to 9:00 a.m. Wally Dietz and Anna Grizzle will explore the appropriate response to ethical issues that can arise during an investigation, including the company's response to whistleblower complaints and protection of the attorney-client privilege during the investigation. They will also address the ethical obligations of a whistleblower and the company's options when a whistleblower violates his or her ethical obligations.

This program is pending approval by the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education & Specialization for one hour of dual CLE credit.
