Dustin is an associate in the Memphis office and is in the Litigation Practice. During law school, Dustin worked as a judicial extern for Chief Judge Jon Phipps McCalla of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee.

Prior to joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Dustin earned his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law where he served on the editorial board of the Virginia Sports & Entertainment Law Journal. While at Virginia, Dustin participated in William Minor Lile Moot Court Competition. He attended the University of Tennessee and received a B.A., summa cum laude, in American Studies with a concentration in U.S. Political Science.

With the exception of college and law school, Dustin has lived in Memphis his entire life. He currently resides in downtown Memphis and is a passionate follower of Memphis sports.
